比较了微分型、积分型粘弹性本构方程的特点,并对二者的等价性进行了证明.对选用的积分型粘弹性本构方程,根据注塑成型的特点进行简化、修正,并推导了其递推公式,便于粘弹性本构关系下有限元计算公式的推导和程序研制,为注塑模CAE中塑件残余应力计算和翘曲变形分析提供了理论基础.
The characteristics of the differential type and integral type viscoelastic constitutive equations are compared, and the equivalence of the two is proved. The integral viscoelastic constitutive equation is simplified and modified according to the characteristics of injection molding. The recursion formula of the integral viscoelastic constitutive equation is deduced to facilitate the derivation and program development of the finite element calculation formula under the viscoelastic constitutive relation. In plastic parts residual stress calculation and warpage analysis provides the theoretical basis.
