新时期是科技飞速发展的时期、是知识爆发的时期。为教育教学工作者提供便利的同时提出了更高的要求和挑战,其中班主任工作尤为典型。学校的综合实力取决于整体学生的综合素质水平,而一个学校学生综合水平的高低则主要取决于班主任的水平。所以,班主任工作的重要性不言而喻。本文结合新时期教育背景下,阐述一下班主任应具备的综合素质,以期能与各位同仁共勉。
The new era is a period of rapid development of science and technology and a period of knowledge explosion. For the convenience of education and teaching workers at the same time put forward higher requirements and challenges, including the work of a teacher is particularly typical.
