设备是施工企业生产、发展的重要物资基础,是影响施工工期、质量的关键因素。在计划经济时代,几乎每个综合性的施工企业都设立了比较齐全的设备管理部门、维修队伍和停放库房,各种规章制度、管理办法也比较齐全,设备的管理系统比较完善。而随着市场经济的到来,施工企业的竞争日益加剧,且施工企业由施工段、队、班的组织生产模式转变为项目部管理模式,施工企业的设备管理模式发生了根本性的变化。与此同时,设备维修管理也出现了一些新的特点,设备维修成本管理已经成为施工企业成本控制不可或缺的一环,而如何控制设备维修成本正成为当下施工企业面临的新课题。本刊邀请了山东省招远市河西金矿的张希海、中铁电气化局集团西安铁路工程有限公司李廷强、中广核广西防城港核电项目部刘光松、广州秦晋百成贸易有限公司的崔书昌和谢伟,分别就工程机械维修成本控制的困难与解决方式,结合各自公司的实际进行探讨。 Equipment is an important material base for the production and development of construction enterprises, and is a key factor affecting the construction period and quality.
