近些年来,由于多方面原因,我国的水土流失问题日益突出,一系列的生态环境问题和自然灾害对水利事业的可持续发展构成了严重威胁,给我国的社会建设、经济发展蒙上了一层阴影,只有加强对水土流失的治理工作,多方面综合加强对水土保持的建设,才能还自然以碧水蓝天,还人类以安居乐业,还国家以繁荣昌盛。
In recent years, due to many reasons, the problems of soil and water loss in our country have become increasingly prominent. A series of ecological and environmental problems and natural disasters pose a serious threat to the sustainable development of water conservancy projects, which have cast a heavy burden on China’s social construction and economic development. Only by strengthening the governance of soil and water loss and comprehensively strengthening the building of soil and water conservation in various aspects can we still live naturally in clear water and blue sky and also live and work in peace with mankind and prosper the country.
