周围血白细胞计数及分类正常的急性白血病患者易误诊或漏诊。为吸取教训,现将我院6年来误诊的12例报道如下,并就误诊漏诊原因作一简要分析。一、临床资料男性8例,女性4例;年龄12～45岁。临床表现:低热8例(T37.5～38℃),肝脾增大7例,乏力、纳差6例,鼻衄5例,皮肤紫癜4例,骨关节疼痛及胸骨压痛4 Peripheral blood leukocyte count and classification of normal patients with acute leukemia is often misdiagnosed or missed.
