《建设研究》月刊在很大程度上是一份学术刊物,但具有浓厚的政治色彩:该刊是广西建设研究会的会刊,广西建设研究会是抗战时期新桂系为了维持半独立地位、罗致人才而建立的兼具学术性、政治性的机构;广西建设研究会是一个特殊的统一战线组织,在举国团结抗战阶段,该刊充满活力,发表了大量有助于增强综合国力的文章;宪政运动兴起后,该刊积极参与,推波助澜;随着国民党抗日积极性的衰减,该刊的进步色彩逐渐消退,日寇侵桂则直接导致刊物停办。这一刊物的创办和出版深受时局的影响,折射了抗战时期各种矛盾变化和各种势力活动的情况。
The monthly “Construction Research” is to a large extent an academic publication, but it has a strong political overtone. The journal is a compilation of the Guangxi Construction Research Society and the Guangxi Construction Research Society is the period of the Anti-Japanese War. In order to maintain its semi-independent status, Guangxi Institute of Construction and Research is a special united front organization that is full of vitality and has published a large number of articles that contribute to enhancing comprehensive national strength during the period of the United Nation’s War of Resistance Against Japan.
