目的:建立山东省正常牙合少年儿童X线头影测量Downs分析法的均值和标准差,并研究其颅、牙合、面结构的性别、地域差异及增龄性变化。方法:按正常牙合标准选择156名山东籍正常牙合少年儿童,拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片,采用Downs分析法进行定点及测量,进行男女间,替牙期与恒牙初期之间的比较。并与哈尔滨和上海地区恒牙初期儿童正常值比较。结果:得到了山东省正常牙合少年儿童Downs分析法的正常值;男性从替牙期到恒牙初期牙合平面倾斜度变缓,女性下颌骨整体有后缩趋势;与哈尔滨人相比,山东人的上颌相对前突;而与上海人相比,上海人的双颌更加前突。结论:用Downs分析法测得的正常值男女间、替牙期与恒牙期之间均存在差别,不同地区人群头影测量值也存在差别。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the mean and standard deviation of Downs analysis in children with normal occlusion in Shandong Province and to study the gender, regional differences and age-related changes of cranial, occlusal and facial structures. Methods: One hundred and fifty-six normal occlusion children in Shandong were selected according to the normal occlusion criteria. X-ray skull positioning lateral radiographs were taken. Downs analysis was used to locate and measure the intercostal and interdental period. Compare And with Harbin and Shanghai early permanent children compared to the normal value. Results: The normal value of Downs analysis was obtained in children with normal occlusion in Shandong Province. The inclination of the occlusal plane of the male from the period of dentition to the beginning of the permanent teeth slowed down and the whole mandible of the female had a tendency of shrinkage. Compared with Harbin, Shandong’s maxillary relative protrusion; compared with Shanghai, Shanghai’s jaw more preemptive. CONCLUSIONS: There are differences between normal men and women, between dentition and permanent dentition, as measured by the Downs analysis, and there are also differences in cephalometric measurements in different regions of the population.
