随着市场经济的发展,合伙企业这种企业形式在我国乃至世界范围内普遍存在,成为现代企业制度中的一种重要企业组织形式。我国继《民法通则》在公民一章中对合伙作了规定之后,于1997年2月23日正式通过并颁布了《合伙企业法》,对合伙企业作了系统而详细的规定,以规范和保护其发展。本文拟对我国合伙企业的法律特征作一些探讨。 With the development of market economy, the form of such a partnership enterprise is ubiquitous in our country and even in the world, becoming an important form of enterprise organization in the modern enterprise system. Following the provisions of the General Principles of Civil Law on Partnerships in the Citizens’ Chapter, China formally adopted and promulgated the Partnership Enterprise Law on February 23, 1997, providing systematic and detailed rules for the partnership enterprises to regulate and Protect its development. This article intends to make some discussions on the legal characteristics of our partnership.
