采用正交试验研究不同配比的磷钾肥对北沙参中欧前胡素、异欧前胡素和补骨脂素的含量及产量的影响。结果显示:一定范围内配合施用磷钾肥北沙参根干重、小区产量增加,且磷肥对产量影响大于钾肥,当肥料施用量为P2O5360 kg·hm-2,K2O 270 kg·hm-2和P2O5360 kg·hm-2,K2O 180 kg·hm-2时北沙参根干重达到最优值,小区产量最大。磷钾肥对北沙参中欧前胡素、异欧前胡素含量的影响表现为随磷、钾肥的增施而升高,且磷肥影响较大,当施用P2O5360 kg·hm-2,K2O270 kg·hm-2时异欧前胡素含量最高,欧前胡素量和补骨脂素含量均较高;施用P2O5360 kg·hm-2,K2O 180 kg·hm-2时欧前胡素量最大,异欧前胡素量也较大。因此,当磷钾肥的施用量分别为P2O5360 kg·hm-2,K2O 180 kg·hm-2时,成本低,优质高产,适于推广至农业生产实践中。
The effects of different ratios of P and K fertilizers on the content and output of imperatorin, isoimperatorin and psoralen in N. heterophylla were studied by orthogonal test. The results showed that within a certain range of application, the dry weight of Radix Pphus comatus was increased with the increase of community dry weight, and the effect of phosphate fertilizer on yield was greater than that of potash fertilizer. When the fertilizer application rates were P2O5360 kg · hm-2, K2O 270 kg · hm-2 and P2O5360 kg · hm-2 and K2O 180 kg · hm-2, respectively. The effects of P and K fertilizer on the abundance of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Beiha ginseng showed that with the increase of P and K fertilizer, the P and K fertilizers had a great effect. When P2O5360kg · hm-2 and K2O270kg · hm-2, the content of isoimperatorin was the highest, and the content of imperatorin and psoralen was higher; the content of imperatorin was the highest when P2O5360 kg · hm-2 and K2O were 180 kg · hm-2, Also larger. Therefore, when the P and K fertilizers were P2O5360 kg · hm-2 and K2O 180 kg · hm-2, respectively, the cost was low and the yield was high, which was suitable for agricultural production.
