随着我国经济的不断发展,劳动关系也在不断变化发展,许多企业由于规模逐渐增大,增加了许多可替代性强、保密性低、技术要求不高的岗位,企业在这些岗位中大量使用劳务遣派人员,因此造就了劳务遣派公司和劳务遣派工这一类集团。劳务遣派人员虽然流动性强,但仍然是企业员工的重要组成部分,企业工会组织仍然要对其履行管理责任,因此本文深入分析了企业工会组织对劳务派遣人员的有效管理措施。
With the continuous development of economy in our country, labor relations are also constantly changing and developing. Many enterprises have increased the number of jobs that have strong substitutability, low confidentiality and low technical requirements due to the gradual increase in scale. Many enterprises use these jobs in large numbers Labor dispatched personnel, thus creating a labor dispatch company and labor dispatching group. Although the labor dispatchers are highly liquid, they are still an important part of the employees, and the trade unions still have to fulfill their management responsibilities.
