采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、气相色谱仪、气相色谱/质谱仪以及化学分析法,对六氟丙烯气体在高温下的热分解行为进行了研究。结果表明:六氟丙烯在600℃以下很稳定不分解,从700℃开始微弱分解,至850℃时已经分解完全。并于850℃在管内壁观察到黄色油状液体。分解产物中含有少量的HF和C_2F_6、C_4F_8、C_6F_(12)、C_7F_8等小分子,八氟化萘(C_(10)F_8)、1,2-二(三氟甲基)全氟茚满(C_(11)F_(12))和全氟茚满(C_(11)F_(14))等环状化合物。该结果表明六氟丙烯在高温下的热分解过程除发生简单的热分解外,还包括环化和聚合反应等过程。
The pyrolysis behavior of hexafluoropropylene gas at high temperature was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, gas chromatography, gas chromatography / mass spectrometry and chemical analysis. The results show that hexafluoropropylene does not decompose very well below 600 ℃ and weakly decomposes from 700 ℃ to 850 ℃. And a yellow oily liquid was observed on the inner wall of the tube at 850 ° C. The decomposition products contained a small amount of small molecules such as HF and C_2F_6, C_4F_8, C_6F_ (12) and C_7F_8, octafluoronaphthalene (C_ (10) F_8), 1,2-bistrifluoromethylperfluoroindane C_ (11) F_ (12)) and perfluoroindan (C_ (11) F_ (14)). The results show that the thermal decomposition of hexafluoropropylene at high temperatures in addition to a simple thermal decomposition, but also including the cyclization and polymerization reactions.
