以不同比例的鱼粉、豆粕为蛋白源 ,配以小麦粉、淀粉、鱼油、混合无机盐与混合维生素等 ,配制成蛋白质含量为 43%,鱼粉与豆粕的比例为 1 :0 0 0~ 1 :1 79的 6组配合饲料 ,并以小杂鱼为对照组饲料 ,喂养花鲈 (Lateolabraxjaponicus)。结果表明 ,花鲈的生长和消化率随着配合饲料中豆粕含量的增加而递减 ,但用豆粕鱼粉替代的比例在 40 %以下时并无显著差异。花鲈幼鱼适用配合饲料中鱼粉含量不应低于 40 %,鱼粉与豆粕的适宜比例为 1 :0 72~ 1 :1 1 5。
Using different proportions of fishmeal and soybean meal as protein sources, together with wheat flour, starch, fish oil, mixed inorganic salts and mixed vitamins, the protein content was 43% and the ratio of fish meal to soybean meal was 1: 0 0 ~ 1: 1 79 of the 6 groups of feed, and small trash as the control group feed, feeding perch (Lateolabraxjaponicus). The results showed that the growth and digestibility of sea bass decreased with the increase of soybean meal in the compound diets, but no significant difference was found when the proportion of replacement with soybean meal was less than 40%. The suitable fishmeal content in fish feed should not be lower than 40%, and the suitable proportion of fishmeal and soybean meal is 1: 072 ~ 1: 1 15.
