为了解肥胖对儿童心理、行为方面的影响 ,选有代表性的 3所学校 ,选取 8~ 12岁儿童 32 7人 ,用身高标准体重法筛查出肥胖儿童 ,按 1∶1∶1的比例随机选出同年龄、同性别的超重儿童以正常儿童作对照组。测定方法采用Conner’s教师评定量表 ,进行现场答卷、测试。结果表明 :高年龄男生组儿童 ,在情绪障碍和社会合作能力方面有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,经均数间两两比较 ,正常组与肥胖组、超重组与肥胖组在情绪障碍方面存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。超重组与肥胖组、超重组与正常组在社会合作能力方面存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。说明高年龄男生组超重儿童在心理和行为方面存在的问题较多
In order to understand the psychological and behavioral effects of obesity on children, 3 representative schools were selected. 32 7-year-old children were selected and obese children were screened by height-standard weight method. According to the ratio of 1: 1: 1 Randomly selected overweight children of the same age and same sex as normal children as the control group.
