目的:观察救心汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将58例患者随机分为2组,均常规应用利尿剂、洋地黄制剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素受体拮抗剂、β-受体阻滞剂等抗心衰药物,治疗组在此基础上加用救心汤,比较总有效率、心脏彩超左室射血分数(EF)值、6 min步行距离等指标。结果:治疗后,总有效率治疗组为93.1%,对照组为86.2%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组EF、6 min步行距离治疗前后自身比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后6 min步行距离比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:救心汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效确切。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiuxin Tang combined with western medicine in treating chronic heart failure. Methods: 58 patients were randomly divided into two groups, are routinely used diuretics, digitalis preparations, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin receptor blockers, β-blockers and other anti-heart failure drugs On the basis of this, the treatment group added Jiuxin Tang to compare the total effective rate, the left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) value and the walking distance of 6 min. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.1% in the treatment group and 86.2% in the control group, and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was significant difference in walking distance between the two groups at 6 min after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yixin Tang combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure has the exact effect.
