一、含牛黄、石膏的清热解毒中成药忌与四环素类、新霉素类合用牛黄解毒丸、防风通圣散、紫雪丹、牛黄上清丸等中成药,如因上呼吸道、咽喉炎症而与四环素类合用,则降低了中西药制菌消炎的作用;如上呼吸道及咽喉炎症又合并肠道感染,与新霉素的硫酸盐在胃肠道会产生毒性的硫酸氧化物等,对健康不利。
