在微磁学模拟理论中必须考虑交换作用能、磁各向异性能和静磁能和外磁场能,这四项能量中的任何一项都不能忽略。定性的理解和分析这四项能量对研究真实的磁化过程有非常重要的意义。本文介绍了微磁学模拟中必须考虑的四个能量项的产生机制和它们在微磁学模拟中的作用。
In the micro-magnetic simulation theory must consider the exchange function, the magnetic anisotropy energy and the static magnetic energy and external magnetic field energy, any one of the four energy can not be ignored. Qualitative understanding and analysis of these four energies for the study of the real magnetization process has a very important significance. This article describes the mechanisms of the four energy terms that must be considered in the micromagnetic simulation and their role in micromagnetic simulation.
