在中国东北地区伊敏—冯屯高压输电线可控串补 ( TCSC)动模实验装置特性研究的基础上 ,进一步研究了分别以线路电流和电容电压作为同步信号时 ,在区域跳变及单相接地短路故障时TCSC装置的工作特性。提出了基于综合同步信号的控制方式 ,以及分相闭环控制和在综合同步信号控制方式下的关断 ( block)与旁路 ( bypass)控制对策 ,并进行了必要的理论分析和数值仿真及动模实验。结果表明所提出的控制方式改善了动态控制性能 ,进一步提高了控制精度
Based on the research on the characteristics of the experimental device of controllable series compensation (TCSC) in Yimin-Fengtun high voltage transmission lines in northeast China, we further studied the characteristics of the transient and the single Operating Characteristics of TCSC Unit During Phase Short to Ground Fault. The control method based on the integrated synchronization signal, the phase-separated closed-loop control and the block and bypass control strategies in the integrated synchronous signal control mode are proposed. The necessary theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are carried out. Model experiment. The results show that the proposed control method improves the dynamic control performance and further improves the control accuracy
