目的探讨低氧诱导因子2(EPAS-1/HIF-2α)在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达。方法应用免疫组织 化学技术检测60例膀胱移行细胞癌和8例正常膀胱组织中EPAS1/HIF-2α的表达,并分析其与膀胱癌分 级和分期间的关系。结果EPAS1/HIF-2α在正常膀胱组织中不表达,而在膀胱癌组织中表达较强,且与 肿瘤的病理分级和临床分期有显著相关性。结论EPAS1/HIF-2α膀胱癌的生长、浸润密切相关,对其 研究开发可能为浸润性膀胱癌提供一个诊断标准或基因治疗效靶。
Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor 2 (EPAS-1 / HIF-2α) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of EPAS1 / HIF-2α in 60 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 8 cases of normal bladder tissue. The relationship between the expression of EPAS1 / HIF-2α and the grade and stage of bladder cancer was analyzed. Results EPAS1 / HIF-2α was not expressed in normal bladder tissues but strongly expressed in bladder cancer tissues, and was significantly correlated with pathological grade and clinical stage of tumor. Conclusion The growth and infiltration of EPAS1 / HIF-2α bladder cancer are closely related, and may provide a diagnostic criteria or gene therapy target for invasive bladder cancer.
