温拌沥青技术符合低碳公路理念,是今后路面材料的重要研究方向之一。针对Evotherm温拌沥青混合料,从体积设计角度,通过分析旋转压实密实曲线,研究压实过程中混合料的体积指标变化情况。采用密实能量指数概念评价Evotherm温拌沥青混合料的压实特性,推荐压实温度区间及合理的DAT掺量,可用于指导现场施工。
Warm mix asphalt technology conforms to the concept of low-carbon highway, which is one of the important research directions of pavement materials in the future. For Evotherm warm-mix asphalt mixture, from the point of view of volume design, the change of volume index of compounded material during compaction process was analyzed by analyzing the rotary compaction solid curve. The concept of compact energy index was used to evaluate the compaction characteristics of Evotherm warm-mix asphalt mixture. The recommended compaction temperature range and reasonable DAT content can be used to guide on-site construction.
