应用突变理论对采煤机滚筒截割过程中的问题进行分析,得到了采煤机滚筒在截割作业中的刚度和能量条件。经实验分析表明:为避免采煤机作业中的剧烈振动,煤层的阻侵刚度应该大于采煤机牵引系统刚度,此外,破碎煤层所需的能量应小于截割滚筒的能量释放率。
The application of catastrophe theory to analyze the problems in shearer’s drum cutting process and obtain the rigidity and energy conditions of shearer drum in cutting operation. The experimental analysis shows that to avoid the severe vibration during the operation of shearer, the blocking rigidity of the coal seam should be greater than that of the shearer. In addition, the energy required to break the coal seam should be less than the energy release rate of the cutting drum.
