目的为了解广州市售婴幼儿米粉的配料表是否科学合理,也为消费者和监管部门能有效理解婴幼儿米粉的配料表而提供支持。方法首先研究国家标准对该类食品的相关规定,并收集广州市售30种不同品名的婴幼儿米粉,比较其罐标配料成分和国标规定的异同点。结果调查研究发现,多数罐标配料是符合国家标准GB 10769、GB14880、GB 2760等的相关要求,但也有少数配料成分找不到添加依据,而且部分配料表成分的标示分类缺少逻辑性。结论婴幼儿米粉的配料表有必要分类标注食品原料、营养强化剂和食品添加剂。 Objectives To understand whether the list of ingredients for infant and young child rice in Guangzhou is scientific and reasonable and to provide consumers and regulators the ability to effectively understand the list of ingredients for infants and young children. Methods First of all, the national standards for the relevant provisions of such foods, and the collection of 30 kinds of commercial products in Guangzhou for sale of infant rice noodles, compare the ingredients of the cans standard and GB similarities and differences. Results The investigation found that the majority of cans and batches are in line with the relevant national standards GB 10769, GB14880, GB 2760 and other related requirements, but there are also a few ingredients can not be added to add basis, and part of the list of ingredients marked lack of logic classification. Conclusion It is necessary to classify the ingredients list of infant and young rice powder, food fortifier and food additive.
