采用高频燃烧-红外吸收法研究了铬矿中高硫含量的测定方法,讨论了助熔剂的选择、称样量的选择、校准工作曲线的建立等因素,并通过铬矿标准物质检测和加标回收测试等方法对方法的准确度进行验证,以及通过两个含量水平的高硫样品检测对方法的精密度进行验证。该方法简单快速,准确度好,精密度高,测定范围为0.033%~1.85%,可以满足铬矿石中高硫含量的检测需求。
The method of determination of high sulfur content in chrome ore was studied by using high frequency combustion and infrared absorption method. The selection of flux, the choice of weighing sample, the establishment of calibration curve and other factors were discussed. The chromium standard substance was detected and spiked Recovery test and other methods to verify the accuracy of the method, as well as through the two levels of high-sulfur sample test to verify the accuracy of the method. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise. The determination range is from 0.033% to 1.85%, which can meet the detection requirement of high sulfur content in chrome ore.
