众所周知,学习专业知识最好的办法就是理论联系实际,亲身体验,亲手操作结合思考以期获得亲身体验与认知。因此高职酒店管理专业学生在开始学习专业课程后带着问题走访认识酒店,拜访酒店管理者从而亲手验证获得第一手专业知识是专业学习过程中必不可少的重要过程。本文探讨了高职学生初识拜访酒店管理者过程中会碰到的一些困难与问题,指出为使拜访更有效,能更进一步了解认识酒店与专业,拜访学生和指导教师要注意事先做好充分准备,注意说话方式和技巧,学着掌控时间与气氛,临场发挥等是专业学生现场获得更多专业信息,使得拜访双方能很好交流,互相认识的好做法和必要途径。也希望可以此为鉴,有更多专业的学生和教师在这方面给予意见和建议,深化专业学习和认识。
As we all know, the best way to learn professional knowledge is to combine theory with practice, personal experience, and hands-on thinking in order to gain personal experience and cognition. Therefore, higher vocational hotel management students with a problem after visiting the professional courses began to understand the hotel, visit the hotel manager to personally verify the access to first-hand knowledge of the professional learning process is an essential and important process. This article explores some difficulties and problems encountered by vocational students during the first visit to hotel managers. It is pointed out that in order to make the visit more effective, we should know more about hotels and majors, pay more attention to students and teachers in advance Preparation, pay attention to ways and techniques of speaking, learn to control the time and atmosphere, on-site play, etc. are professional students on-site access to more professional information, making the visit to both parties to exchange and mutual understanding of good practices and necessary ways. I hope this lesson can be drawn from the fact that more professional students and teachers will give their opinions and suggestions in this regard and deepen their professional learning and understanding.
