目的了解洞庭湖生态经济区建设对血吸虫病流行的影响,为洞庭湖生态经济区建设编制规划提供依据。方法综合运用问卷调查、焦点组访谈(FGD)、政策分析、文献分析和数理统计等方法。结果目前,洞庭湖区血吸虫病疫情已得到有效控制,但由于省本级投入血防经费不足,市县配套血防经费未到位,湖南省血防机构改革不彻底等阻力,血吸虫病仍将在未来10年阻碍洞庭湖生态经济区经济社会的发展;未来10年,水利、农业、林业、卫生、旅游、交通等项目的实施将对血吸虫病的流行产生影响,并起到巩固防治成果并阻断传播的作用。结论不能忽视洞庭湖生态经济区的血吸虫病防治工作,建议强化政府责任,加大对洞庭湖生态经济区血防工作经费的投入,深化洞庭湖生态经济区血防机构改革,加速血防科研技术推广应用。
Objective To understand the influence of Dongting Lake eco-economic zone on the prevalence of schistosomiasis, and provide the basis for the planning of Dongting Lake eco-economic zone. Methods The methods of questionnaire, focus group interviews (FGD), policy analysis, literature analysis and mathematical statistics were comprehensively used. Results At present, the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in Dongting Lake has been effectively controlled. However, schistosomiasis will still be impeded in the next 10 years due to the lack of funding for blood-prevention at the provincial level, the lack of funds for blood-prevention in cities and counties, and the incomplete reform of blood-protection agencies in Hunan Province Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone Economic and Social Development; The next 10 years, the implementation of water conservancy, agriculture, forestry, health, tourism, transportation and other projects will have an impact on the prevalence of schistosomiasis, and to consolidate the prevention and treatment of the role of transmission and block . Conclusion It can not ignore the prevention and control of schistosomiasis in the ecological economic zone of Dongting Lake. It is suggested to strengthen the government’s responsibility to increase the funding for blood and anti-epidemic work in the ecological economic zone of Dongting Lake, deepen the reform of blood-control institutions in the Dongting Lake eco-economic zone and accelerate the popularization and application of scientific research in bloodstaining.
