目的对护生在儿科护理实习中的问题进行调查。方法选取我校实习返校的护理专业120名实习返校参加护考培训的护生,以问卷调查形式,对护生在儿科护理实习中存在的问题开展调查。结果儿科护理实习中的问题主要集中在接触的病种及典型病例较少、参与护理诊疗操作的机会少、与患儿沟通交流中存在不同程度的困难三方面。对策充分运用多种教学手段,弥补教学资源不足;充分发挥带教教师的指导作用,确保护生见习质量;培养学生深入临床实践的工作能力;树立护生以患儿为中心的思想,加强沟通技巧和能力的培养等。
Objective To investigate the problems of nursing students in pediatric nursing internship. Methods A total of 120 nursing students who returned to school during the internship back to school were enrolled in our school to attend the nursing students ’nursing education. The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the problems existing in the nursing students’ practice. Results The problems in pediatric nursing internship mainly focused on the fewer types and typical cases of contact, the fewer opportunities to participate in nursing operation and the difficulties in communicating with the children in three aspects. Countermeasures make full use of a variety of teaching methods to make up for the lack of teaching resources; give full play to the role of teaching teachers to ensure the quality of nursing students; to develop students ability to work in-depth clinical practice; to establish a child-centered nursing students thinking and strengthen communication Skills and ability training.
