由于聚合酶链反应技术在结核病快速诊断中的广泛应用,有关肺结核患者痰标本中结核分支杆菌 DNA检测的报道较多,但有关外围血细胞中结核分支杆菌DNA 检测的报道较少,且无统一方法。为了明确外周血细胞中检测结核分支杆菌 DNA 对肺结核快速诊断的价值,我们选择60例住院肺结核患者分别进行了二种外周血细胞中结核分支杆菌 DNA 检测方法的探讨。60例患者经摄胸片、查痰确诊,其中大部分病例为血播型结核。同时选择10例献血员外周血作为健康人阴性对照标本。PCR 试剂盒及设备均由广州市英国JOVOR PCR 技术推广中心提供。淋巴细胞分离液由中国医学科学院血液研究所科技公司提供。方法 60例患者和10例正常人分别采集 EDTA和枸椽酸钠抗凝血3ml。(1)外周血淋巴细胞检测结核分支杆菌 DNA 法用 EDTA 抗凝血加葡聚糖与泛影葡
Due to the extensive application of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the rapid diagnosis of tuberculosis, there are many reports on the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA in sputum samples of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, but few reports on the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA in peripheral blood cells and there is no uniform method . In order to clarify the value of detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA in peripheral blood cells for the rapid diagnosis of tuberculosis, we selected 60 cases of inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis were detected in two kinds of peripheral blood cells Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA detection methods.
