背景:三硝基甲苯(trinitrotoluene,TNT)中毒机制至今尚未研究清楚。尽管车间空气中TNT浓度控制在国家卫生标准(1mg/m3)以下,职业接触者仍有中毒现象发生,对此种职业损伤的预防机制的研究是十分必要的。目的:了解TNT对作业工人发中锌铜铁含量的影响,为生物监测指标的探讨提供一定的线索,并为早期干预提供理论依据。设计:非随机对照的研究。地点、对象和干预:兰州某化工厂工龄在1年以上接触TNT的一车间作业男工44人和不接触TNT的二车间工人13人。自后枕部发根处剪取发样。采用原子吸收分光光度法测定分析接触TNT男工及对照人员发中锌、铜、铁含量。主要观察指标:两组工人发锌、发铜和发铁含量。结果:接触组发铜平均含量为20.50μg/g,显著高于对照组(18.26μg/g),差异有显著性意义(t=2.159,P<0.05),发锌、发铁的含量在两组间的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);发锌含量与车间空气中TNT浓度间呈现出一定的剂量—反应关系(r=0.917,P<0.05)。结论:在一定条件下,发锌水平可以作为生物监测的指标。发铜对TNT职业损伤具有一定的提示作用,可作为早期TNT职业损伤干预依据和启示。
Background: The mechanism of trinitrotoluene (TNT) poisoning has not been studied yet. Although the TNT concentration in the air of the workshop is below the national health standard (1mg / m3), there is still poisoning in occupational exposures. Therefore, it is necessary to study the prevention mechanism of occupational injuries. OBJECTIVE: To understand the effect of TNT on zinc, copper and iron content in workers and to provide some clues for the discussion of bio-monitoring indicators and to provide a theoretical basis for early intervention. Design: A non-randomized controlled study. Location, Subjects and Interventions: 44 workers in a workshop with a working age of more than 1 year in a chemical plant of Lanzhou and 13 workers in a second workshop without contact with TNT. After the occipital hair roots cut hair sample. Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of zinc, copper and iron in the hair of TNT workers and controls. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Two groups of workers made zinc, copper and hair iron content. Results: The average content of copper in the exposure group was 20.50μg / g, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (18.26μg / g), the difference was significant (t = 2.159, P <0.05) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was a dose-response relationship between hair zinc content and TNT concentrations in the air of the workshop (r = 0.917, P <0.05). Conclusion: Under certain conditions, hair zinc level can be used as an indicator of biological monitoring. Copper on the TNT occupational injury has some tips, can be used as the basis for early TNT occupational injury intervention and enlightenment.
