为实现输电线路钢管杆的无损检测,对超声导波检测技术进行研究。通过对钢管杆结构解析以及对超声导波检测理论的分析,选择S1模式Lamb波并制备相应探头,对钢管杆试样进行检测。结果能够有效检出了试样的模拟裂纹及腐蚀坑,表明该技术可行。
In order to realize the non-destructive testing of steel pipe rod of transmission line, ultrasonic guided wave detection technology is studied. Through analyzing the structure of the steel pipe rod and analyzing the theory of the ultrasonic guided wave detection, the S1 mode Lamb wave is selected and the corresponding probe is prepared to test the steel pipe rod sample. The results can effectively detect the sample simulated cracks and pits, indicating that the technology is feasible.
