伴随着经济的发展,人们对于生活的物质与精神追求得到不断提升,因而对于餐饮环境的要求也越来越高。餐饮空间作为人们进行社会交往、享受现代的重要场所,其精神功能已经上升为人们的主要需求。如何设计出既有文化品位、又不失个性的现代餐厅成为经营者以及设计者越来越关注的话题。基于此,本文在对现代餐厅设计现状、特点进行系统阐述的基础之上,通过探讨餐饮消费群体的心理特征,就如何设计出美感创意与营销价值并存的餐厅进行了简要探讨。
With the development of economy, the material and spiritual pursuit of life has been continuously improved, and the requirements for catering environment are also getting higher and higher. Catering space as an important part of social interaction and enjoyment of modern times, its spiritual function has risen to be the main demand of people. How to design a modern restaurant with both cultural taste and individuality has become a topic that operators and designers are paying increasing attention to. Based on this, on the basis of systematically elaborating the current situation and characteristics of modern restaurant design, this paper briefly discusses how to design a restaurant that combines aesthetic creativity and marketing value through exploring the psychological characteristics of catering consumers.
