目的：分析心源性脑梗塞患者行尿激酶溶栓治疗的临床效果。方法：定向选取我院2012年2月～2014年3月期间收治的76例心源性脑梗塞患者作为临床研究对象，采用随机分组法均分为观察组与对照组两组，对照组患者给予常规治疗方案，观察组患者于常规治疗基础上给予尿激酶溶栓治疗方案，对比两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损改善情况及临床疗效差异。结果：经临床不同方案治疗后，观察组患者临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患者，且观察组患者神经功能缺损改善情况，相比对照组患者也明显较佳，组间差异对比，P＜0.05，存在统计学意义。结论：尿激酶溶栓治疗心源性脑梗塞患者，具有着确切的临床效果，可有效强化患者预后康复，提升患者生活质量，值得进一步应用推广。“,”Objective To analyze cardiac cerebral infarction patients with the clinical effect of urokinase thrombolysis treatment.
