夏收过后,农村里的麦糠堆积如山,农民常用来烧炕或沤粪,经济效益很低。麦糠中所含的有机质比麦秸丰富,况且麦糠里夹杂了大量的野草籽和燕麦籽,所以,沤出的粪施到田里,使田间杂草越来越多。而若用麦糠种植蘑菇,软硬合适,长短适中,不需要特殊加工,产量高,能取得很高的经济效益。用种过蘑菇的麦糠沤粪,其肥效会更高。
