目的 :对西药药房调剂差错的影响因素进行调查,并对防范措施进行研究分析。方法 :对我院2014年5月-2015年5月间西药药房调剂差错情况进行统计,总结分析相关影响因素,而后制定防范措施,调查开展防范措施后(2015年6月-2016年6月)西药药房调剂差错进行统计,并将结果进行比较。结果 :管理前调剂错误发生率为3.0%,管理后调剂错误发生率为0.80%,比较存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论 :影响西药药房调剂差错的因素非常多,制定有效地防范措施能够降低调剂差错发生率。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the influencing factors of drug dispensing error in western medicine pharmacy, and to study and analyze preventive measures. Methods: Statistical analysis was made on the errors in the adjustment of western medicine pharmacies between May 2014 and May 2015 in our hospital, and the relevant factors were summarized and analyzed. Then, preventive measures were taken and after preventive measures were taken (June 2015-June 2016) Western pharmacy transfer error statistics, and the results were compared. Results: The pre-management error rate was 3.0% and the post-management error rate was 0.80%, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: There are many factors that affect the error of western medicine pharmacy. Making effective preventive measures can reduce the incidence of error.
