目的:探讨用前列腺素E1治疗肝硬化的临床效果。方法:对近年来我院收治的88例肝硬化患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这88例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组有50例患者,对照组有38例患者。我院对对照组患者进行常规治疗,对观察组患者在进行常规治疗(方法与对照组患者相同)的基础上,加用前列腺素E1进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者治疗的效果和治疗前后肝功能各项指标的变化情况。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后肝功能的各项指标均明显优于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:用前列腺素E1治疗肝硬化疗效确切,可有效地促进患者肝功能的恢复。此疗法值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of prostaglandin E1 in the treatment of liver cirrhosis. Methods: The clinical data of 88 patients with cirrhosis admitted in our hospital in recent years were retrospectively studied. We divided the 88 patients into observation and control groups randomly, with 50 patients in the observation group and 38 patients in the control group. In our hospital, the patients in the control group were treated routinely, and the patients in the observation group were treated with prostaglandin E1 on the basis of conventional treatment (the same method as the control group). After treatment, the effect of treatment and the change of liver function indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The indexes of liver function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of liver cirrhosis with prostaglandin E1 is effective and can effectively promote the recovery of liver function. This therapy is worth promoting in clinic.
