Japan’s Shinkansen calls use the LCX method, which uses the radio waves leaked from coaxial cables laid next to the Shinkansen. It is within the appropriate distance built-in relay from the relay through the base station through the carrier coaxial cable from the console and the ordinary communication network connected. In this way, wireless communication can be performed directly over the long distances covered by the line without radio waves, but leaky coaxial cables must be laid over the entire line. Each relay machine and base station can assign call lines, but add the identification code in the mobile station, the control is more difficult. This is because using leaky cables can not guarantee as many channels.
