高校领导培训不仅已成为高校领导终身学习的重要组成部分,而且也成为高校领导适应当前高校学习型组织建设的基本需求。高校领导培训需求影响因素是多方面的,依据不同划分标准,基本上可概括为内部影响因素与外部影响因素、常规性影响因素与偶发性影响因素两大类别。目前对高校领导培训需求及其影响因素的分析研究主要集中在现任岗位职责素质、组织发展改善、组织之间或与社会系统关系协调等指向或方面,研究方式多以规范性实践研究为主,目前我国对高校领导培训需求及其影响因素的分析研究尚较零乱,少有产出比较具有条理化、系统性的理论与实践整合研究成果。需要加强理论提炼和升华,还需要进一步加强系统整合,建构比较具有综合性或模型化的设计和分析框架,以更深刻揭示高校领导培训需求及其影响因素之间的相互关联性和规律性,促进我国高校领导培训事业的高效率发展。
