煤自燃严重威胁着煤矿的安全生产,研究煤的自燃特性,掌握煤自然发火规律,对预测和预防煤层自燃火灾具有重要的理论指导意义。采用油浴程序升温实验系统,分别对亭南煤矿和白胶煤矿不同粒度煤样进行程序升温实验,根据煤样氧化后出口气体浓度的变化分析,得出了不同煤样的耗氧速率、放热强度、气体产生速率等参数和与煤样温度的对应变化关系。通过分析计算,确定出了亭南煤样和白胶煤样的自燃临界温度,最后得出了煤样粒度对自燃临界温度的影响关系。
Spontaneous combustion of coal poses a serious threat to the safety of coal mines. Studying the characteristics of spontaneous combustion of coal and grasping the law of spontaneous combustion of coal has important theoretical significance in predicting and preventing spontaneous combustion of coal seam. The temperature rising experiment system of oil bath was used to carry on the temperature programmed experiment on different size coal samples of Tingnan coal mine and Baijiao coal mine respectively. According to the analysis of change of outlet gas concentration after oxidation of coal sample, the oxygen consumption rate of different coal samples was obtained. Heat intensity, gas generation rate and other parameters and the corresponding changes in the temperature of coal samples. Through the analysis and calculation, the critical temperature of spontaneous combustion of Tingnan coal sample and Baijiao coal sample was determined. Finally, the relationship between the coal particle size and the critical temperature of spontaneous combustion was obtained.
