本文讨论了目前广泛用于实现短暂停歇运动的齿轮连杆机构的分析和综合。从这类机构的普遍情况出发,对它进行了运动分析。在这基础上提出了机构的选型和设计方法,拟订了机构设计参数,推荐了按最优条件选取参数的准则。为了便于设计,根据作者的推导,绘制了设计用线图。这类机构的分析和设计本来很复杂,但借助于这些线图可使设计简化,便于使用和推广。文中还附有设计举例。
This article discusses the analysis and synthesis of gear linkage mechanisms that are currently widely used to achieve short stop motion. Based on the general situation of this kind of institution, it has carried on the movement analysis to it. On this basis, the selection and design methods of the mechanism are proposed, the design parameters of the mechanism are formulated, and the criteria for selecting the parameters according to the optimal conditions are recommended. In order to facilitate the design, according to the author’s derivation, draw the design of the line graph. The analysis and design of such institutions are inherently complex, but with the help of these diagrams the design can be simplified, made easy to use and promote. The article also comes with design examples.
