我们对全区主要食品中六六六、DDT残留量进行调查,现将结果报告如下。方法一、样品来源和种类样品采自全区七县一市粮站,食品公司,园艺场,茶厂和农贸市场。其中稻谷45份,茶叶114份,梨28份,猪肉19份,鸡蛋16份,鱼27份,虾6份,螺7份,泥鳅9份,每份0.5kg。二、检验方法采用气相色谱法。有机氯前处理用浓硫酸净化法。气相色谱仪器为岛津GC-5ANi~(63)电子捕获检测器。色谱柱为2m玻璃管柱内径3mm,
We conducted a survey on the residues of BHC and DDT in the major food products in the region. The results are reported below. Method One, sample source and type samples were collected from seven counties and one city grain station, food company, horticultural field, tea factory and farmer’s market. Among them, 45 were rice, 114 were tea, 28 were pear, 19 were pork, 16 eggs, 27 fish, 6 shrimp, 7 snails and 9 loaches each weighing 0.5 kg. Second, the test method using gas chromatography.
