本实验成功地建立了早期人胚脑细胞、猪甲状腺细胞体外原代单层细胞培养。在此基础上,研究了微量元素碘、硒、氟等对其生长、增殖、形态及~3H-TdR掺入的影响。观察到碘、硒对细胞的增殖和DNA的合成,具有不同程度的增强作用;而氟却有明显的抑制作用;碘、硒均可抵消氟对猪甲状腺细胞、人胚脑细胞的抑制效应。
The experiment successfully established early human embryonic brain cells, pig thyroid cells in vitro primary monolayer cell culture. On this basis, the effects of trace elements such as iodine, selenium and fluorine on the growth, proliferation, morphology and 3H-TdR incorporation were studied. It was observed that iodine and selenium could enhance cell proliferation and DNA synthesis to some extent, while fluoride had obvious inhibitory effect. Both iodine and selenium could counteract the inhibitory effect of fluoride on pig thyroid cells and human embryonic brain cells.
