全身炎症反应综合征(Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome,SIRS)常并发于严重感染、创伤、烧伤及各种类型的休克,是临床各科特别是ICU十分常见的危重病症。多年来,尽管学术界对其发生机制进行了广泛研究,且采用了多种针对性的抗炎措施及支持疗法,其死亡率仍高达50%。热休 Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS), often associated with severe infections, trauma, burns and various types of shock, is a very serious condition that is common in all clinical departments, especially the ICU.
