文中介绍了某机载雷达发射机高压电源的干式设计原理。通过模块化的结构设计,对高压组件采用有机硅导热胶真空灌封的方式实现高压绝缘和散热,从而实现高压电源的小型化设计。此外,还从材料优选、工艺流程及关键工艺控制等方面详细介绍了高压组件的灌封技术。多次环境试验证明,该灌封技术满足产品的设计要求,有效保证了高压电源在低气压、高低温循环和振动等恶劣环境条件下能够正常工作。
The paper introduces the dry design principle of high voltage power supply of an airborne radar transmitter. Through the modular structure design, high-voltage insulation and heat dissipation are realized by using high-voltage components in the way of vacuum potting of silicone thermal plastic, so as to realize the miniaturization design of high-voltage power supply. In addition, from the material optimization, process and key process control and other aspects of the high-voltage components of the potting technology. Several environmental tests show that the potting technology meets the design requirements of the product and effectively ensures that the high-voltage power supply can work normally under harsh environmental conditions such as low pressure, high and low temperature cycling and vibration.
