本文采用不同的方法对阿月浑子的种子进行处理 ,试验结果表明 ,种子透水性较好 ;2 0℃恒温是种子萌发较为适宜的温度 ;蛭石是理想的发芽基质 ,在 2 0℃恒温时 ,以其作发芽床发芽率可达 6 0 % ;6 0℃温水处理和 0 .2 0 g/ L赤霉素处理对种子的萌发有明显的促进作用 ,在 2 5℃恒温时 ,种子发芽率分别达 32 %和 33% ,开裂种子的发芽率分别达 48%和 42 % ;浓硫酸浸泡 30 min对不裂种子的萌发有一定的促进作用 ,但对开裂种子的胚有损伤作用。
In this paper, the seeds of pistachio seeds were treated by different methods. The results showed that the seeds had better water permeability. The temperature of 20 ℃ was the most suitable temperature for seed germination. Vermiculite was the ideal germination medium. When the temperature was 20 ℃ , The germination rate of the seed germination bed was up to 60%. Warm water treatment at 60 ℃ and gibberellic acid treatment at 0. 0 g / L significantly promoted the germination of the seeds. At the constant temperature of 25 ℃, The germination rate was 32% and 33% respectively, and the germination rates of the cracked seeds were 48% and 42% respectively. The soaking with concentrated sulfuric acid for 30 min could promote the germination of the non-cracked seeds, but could damage the germ of the cracked seeds.
