为了研究羊草的适宜生长环境,试验比较分析了黑龙江省扎龙自然保护区碱土、沙土、草甸土3种生境羊草叶、茎的可溶性蛋白含量。结果表明:不同生境羊草同一器官中可溶性蛋白谱带相似性较高,叶谱带相似性系数在0.750~0.889之间;茎在0.875~1之间。说明羊草随地理生态条件变化发生不同程度的种内分化,但总体上保持着较大程度的一致性。而同一生境中不同器官谱带相似性低,茎中可溶性蛋白较丰富,更适于用作可溶性蛋白分析。
In order to study the suitable growth environment of Leymus chinensis, the soluble protein content in leaves and stems of Leymus chinensis in three kinds of habitats of alkaline earth, sandy soil and meadow soil in Zhalong Nature Reserve of Heilongjiang Province was comparatively analyzed. The results showed that the similarity of soluble protein bands in the same organ of Leymus chinensis in different habitats was high, with the similarity coefficient of leaf bands between 0.750 and 0.889 and the stems between 0.875 and 1. The results showed that different degrees of intraspecific differentiation occurred with the geographical and ecological conditions of Leymus chinensis, but in general maintained a large degree of consistency. However, the similarity of different organs in the same habitat is low, and the soluble protein in the stem is more abundant, which is more suitable for the analysis of soluble protein.
