由于宋代从帝王至士大夫均嗜茶,所以宋元诗文中关乎茶的作品众多,其中关于“分茶”一词的诠释,时贤均各有分解。“分茶”是一个内涵十分丰富的词语,围绕“分茶”问题,涉及茶学、文学和诠释词语之方法等诸多问题。本文以为,“分茶”是宋代茶文化的一个突出现象,它不但与其时的试茶、点茶、斗茶风习相关,更与宋代福建北苑研膏茶之特质关系甚密,将优质的茶品、精制的制茶工艺与出神入化的茶道技艺的完整组合,是宋人茶文化观念不可分割的整体,也是“分茶”风习流行的根本原因。而且对“分茶”问题的相关研究,也有益于对宋元诗文中其他茶诗、茶文的理解。
As the Song Dynasty from the emperor to the doctor are all tea, so Song and Yuan poems on the many works on tea, of which the interpretation of the term “tea”, when Yin each have their own decomposition. “Tea” is a very rich connotation of words, around the “tea” problem, involving tea, literature and interpretation of the words and many other issues. This paper argues that “sub-tea ” is a prominent phenomenon of tea culture in the Song Dynasty, it not only with the time of the test tea, tea, tea-fighting style, but also with the Fujian Beiyuan research paste qualities very close, The complete combination of high-quality tea products, refined tea making techniques and superb tea ceremony skills is an integral part of the Song tea culture concept and also a fundamental reason for the popularity of tea. Moreover, it is also beneficial to the understanding of other tea poems and tea essays in poetry of Song and Yuan Dynasty.
