某办公楼地上九层,地下一层,总建筑面积11465.3m~2,建筑总高度31.9m,大楼为钢筋砼框架结构,基础采用人工挖孔钢筋砼扩底桩,单柱单桩,桩身砼强度等级为C25,设计桩长从15.2m到18.2m不等,设计桩径从φ400mm到φ1300mm不等。桩基施工完毕后,根据设计单位的要求,对全部基桩采用反射波法进行了完整性检测。检测结果如下:优质桩25根,良好桩59根,中等桩9根,无差类桩。设计单位要求任选3根桩进行大应变检测,由于当时的场地条件限制,建设单位决定采用低应变的机械
