近年来国内外剖腹产率均有上升。本院1976～1979年剖腹产率为5.43%,自1980年下半年开始逐渐上升,1982年为12.94%。鉴于剖腹产有增加趋势,以及剖腹产对产妇尚有一定的危害性,兹对本院近年来剖腹产工作作一总结和分析,找出存在的问题,探讨今后如何掌握剖腹产指征,以提高工作质量及围产期效果。
