外泌体是由细胞分泌的直径为30~100nm的小囊泡,内含来源于细胞相关的蛋白质与核苷酸等生物分子,在细胞交流间起重要作用.近期研究发现,干细胞来源的外泌体可以有效转运mRNA、microRNA及蛋白质等生物活性物质,具有减少细胞凋亡、减轻炎症反应、促进血管生成、抑制纤维化、提高组织修复潜力等重要生物学功能,在调控组织再生方面存在良好的临床应用前景.本文就其生物学功能及临床应用前景进行综述.“,”Exosomes are secreted by the diameter of 30-100nm small vesicles,containing from the cell-related proteins and nucleotides and other biomolecules, in the cell exchange between the important role. Recent studies have found that stem cells-derived exosomes can effectively transfer bioactive substances, such as mRNA, microRNA, protein and so on. Exosome has many important biological functions such as reduced apoptosis, relieved inflammation, promoting angiogenesis, inhibiting fibrosis, increase the potential for tissue repair. It has a good clinical application prospect in the regulation of tissue regeneration. The biological characteristics and the research progress clinical application of exosomes in stem cells are reviewed in this paper.
