青蒿素抗疟作用原理与增效的探讨

青蒿素是我国医药卫生科技人员从祖国医药宝库里发掘出来的一颗明珠。经过反复的动物实验和系统的临床观察,证明它在治疗疟疾方面具有高效、速效、低毒等优点,但也存在近期复发的缺点。克服此缺点的途径很多,例如青蒿素化学结构的改造,改进给药方法,合并用药等。我们考虑从青蒿素抗疟作用原理与增效的探讨入手,可望能克服其近期复发的缺点,使其能更好地发挥抗疟效用。抗疟药的抗疟作用原理可从影响疟原虫的糖、脂肪、氨基酸与蛋白质、核酸、维生素与辅酶、微量元素等各方面来研究;当然,还要从提高机体的抵抗力(包括免疫功能)方面来探讨。比较起来,我们认为较 Artemisinin is a pearl excavated by the medical and health science and technology personnel in China from the treasure of the motherland medicine.
