对黑树林地区水资源纠纷问题的研究具有现实性意义。首先,水资源是典型的公共资源。黑树林地区围绕水资源的利用产生了长期的纠纷。其次,黑树林地区是民族杂居地区,如何处理好公共资源关系到民族团结和地区稳定。目前国内对此现象的研究不是很多,也不够深入。尤其以公共经济学的视角来研究云南黑树林地区的水资源纠纷的文献不多见。公共经济学视角给云南黑树林的问题展提供了新思路,也为公共资源的管理带来了相关启示及政策建议。
The research on the dispute over water resources in the Black Forest region is of practical significance. First of all, water resources are typical public resources. Black forest areas around the use of water resources have led to long-term disputes. Secondly, the Black Forest area is a national mixed area, how to handle public resources is closely related to national unity and regional stability. At present, there is not much research on this phenomenon in China, nor is it deep enough. Especially in the perspective of public economics to study the black forest resources dispute in Yunnan Province, the literature is rare. The perspective of public economics provides a new idea for the issue exhibition of black forests in Yunnan and also brings some enlightenments and policy suggestions for the management of public resources.
