单倍体育种的优势是利用花药的离体培养快速获得纯系,丰富杂交育种的基础材料,缩短育种年限。笔者等从1976年开展玉米单倍体育种工作以来,目前已获得近100个花培自交系,经过不断的测配和筛选,现仍保留50多个。花培系与常规系一样,也需要进行配合力测定,才能确定其利用价值,为杂交育种提供依据。本文主要对“七五”期间所获得的玉米花培系的配合力进行初步的分析,并对其利用的前景进行初步探讨。
The advantage of haploid breeding is the rapid access to pure lines using anther in vitro culture, enrich the basic materials for hybrid breeding, shorten the breeding time. Since 1976, when carrying out the work of maize haploid breeding, the author has obtained nearly 100 flower-breeding inbred lines at present and has kept more than 50 after continuous mating and screening. As with conventional lines, flower culture lines also need to determine the combining ability to determine the value of their utilization and provide the basis for hybrid breeding. This paper mainly analyzes the combining ability of the popcorn cultivars obtained during the “Seventh Five-year Plan” period and makes a preliminary study on the prospects of its utilization.
